Bob & Dana Keich
Lead Pastor
To be a success in ministry, Bob believes that it requires a practical understanding of the Word of God in addition to having the ability to lead others. His heart is to connect people to the two greatest life-change agents that have impacted his life; the Word of God and the Spirit of God.
​
Before stepping into fulltime ministry in 2001, Bob served for ten years in the fields of insurance sales and bank management. Throughout the many years of full-time ministry experience in Tennessee and Oklahoma, he has served as an ordained senior pastor, executive pastor, Bible college instructor, and life coach. Bob brings to Lighthouse Church a unique blend of biblical teaching, leadership development, and ministry acumen. Bob currently serves as Lead Pastor for Lighthouse and is part of the preaching team.

Bob believes that one of the greatest assets that God has given to him in life and ministry is his family. Bob and his wife, Dana, met while in college through a young adult ministry in the small town of Pevely, MO. She is his best friend, the joy of his life, and a gift from God. Married in 1991, they have two amazing daughters, Emma, and Lauren (who is married to their incredible son-in-law, Matthew). Bob and Dana are avid Green Bay Packer fans, like to dabble in real estate, love vacations on the beach and spending time with their kids.

Nancy Beckim
Community Life Pastor
Nancy has a passion for helping people uncover their purpose and develop their giftings in order to walk in their God-given calling. Nancy has served in ministry roles and non-profit organizations for more than 15 years.
She has been married to her best friend Chris for more than 18 years. Nancy holds an MBA in Management and, a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry. She and her husband Chris reside in Old Hickory, TN with their daughter and two Goldendoodles.
Nancy’s favorite things to do are read, drink coffee, and put adventure on the calendar!

Melody Critchfield
LHKids Pastor
Melody Critchfield believes that God desires to have a relationship with children regardless of their age. Melody’s heart is to create an atmosphere where kids are encouraged to encounter God through His Word, worship, prayer, and service, as well as relationships with others. And of course, FUN!
Melody was born and raised in Missouri where she experienced God's power and love from a young age and has served him faithfully since. Always around children, she has served in various roles, whether it be as a Sunday School Teacher, Nursery caregiver or camp counselor. Prior to moving to Tennessee, she served as the Children's Ministry Director for more than 10 years.
Melody and Dan were married in 1994 and have three fantastic kids who love Jesus and are currently serving the body of Christ in various capacities. Melody's hobbies include reading and hiking with her husband.

Barry & Cande Kidd
Pastoral Care & Ministries Pastors
Barry and Cande Kidd began serving as Pastors at Lighthouse Church in October of 2014. They have resided in Mount Juliet since 1978 where they raised three wonderful sons. Their family has grown to include two beautiful daughters in love and five incredible grandchildren!

For many years they served in their home church as elders, teachers, and wherever the Lord led. As their love for Christ grew, it was 2009 when Barry felt the call to full-time ministry.
​
Barry and Cande now serve Lighthouse Church as ordained pastors, both having credentials with the Assemblies of God. It is their passion to worship God and to serve His people.

Arvind Graham
Creative Director
Arvind joined the church staff in July of 2022. His love for the Lord, his passion for worship, and his adoration for people is contagious.

Arvind holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and has worked in rehabilitation, social work, retail, and real estate, but he has always had a passion for worship. A native of the beautiful island of Jamaica, he has been singing and playing instruments since he was a teenager. He had the privilege of leading worship at Teen Challenge and Church on the Rock in Ocho Rios before moving to the United States. He and his wife Lisa adopted a beautiful little girl, Gabriella, and enjoy being out in nature, writing songs, and leading worship together.

Emma Keich
Communications Director
Emma Keich has been our Communications Director since August 2020. Emma is passionate about media management, and content creation, and truly believes God has called her to develop a voice in the community for Lighthouse. Specializing in marketing, she has earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently attending Rhema Bible Training College.

Emma, is originally from Oklahoma, although she moved frequently as she grew up. She moved to Tennessee, then back to Oklahoma before returning in late 2015, where she stayed until the fall of 2023 for school. Though she moved often, she is thankful that it made her adaptive, strong, and out-going.
​
She loves the Lord, her family, and her friends unconditionally. She spends much of her free time hanging out with family and friends, watching movies/tv shows, or scouring the internet for new ideas.

Tammy Lynn
Office Administrator
Tammy Lynn has been our Office Administrator since 2015 and truly feels called to serve Lighthouse.
​
She grew up in East Tennessee, but has called Mt. Juliet home since 2004. Tammy and her husband, Jimmy, have two grown sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and one grandson. She loves researching family genealogy in her free time.
